Mozzarella Pepperoncini Wreath

Ingredients

(16 oz.) pepperoncini peppers

mozzarella cheese, sliced in 1/4 inch slices
|
|
|
| 1 |

roasted bell pepper, drained and coarsley chopped
|
|
|
Directions:
Coarsely chop pepperoncini peppers to measure 2/3 cup. Measure out 3 tablespoons liquid from jar of pepperoncini. Arrange mozzarella slices in circle on serving plate. Drizzle with pepperoncini liquid. Arrange pepperoncini and bell pepper on cheese slices. Serve with crackers.
