New Delhi Chicken Salad
Yield: Makes about 2 1/2 cups; 4 servings
Ingredients

sour cream

finely chopped chutney

|
|
| 2 |
teaspoons |
lemon juice

|
|

teaspoon |
curry powder

|

| 1/4 |
teaspoon |
salt
|

| 2 |
cans |
(5-oz.) Swanson Chunk Chicken
|
|
|
| 1 |

small apple, diced (about 1/2 cup )
|
|
|
| 1/2 |
cup |
chopped celery
|
|
|
| 2 |
tablespoons |
toasted slivered almonds
|
|
|
| 4 |

pineapple
|
|
|
Directions:
In bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, chutney, lemon juice, curry and salt. Toss lightly with chicken, apple, celery and almonds. Chill. Serve on pineapple slices. Garnish with additional almonds if desired.
